Thanks I want writw start it dietwant to make sure I am following it right. But small changes are better than not doing it at all. I just like the meal plans and stuff. I recommend that you don't do it unless you talk to a doctor about it first. However, if you are only 15 you absolutely should not be doing this diet or any other diet to lose a lot of weight. You are still growing, getting taller etc. You should not try to lose weight by any other means than doing exercise unless you are under the supervision of a doctor.
