I am officially at the point of muscular exhaustion, but my brain is still fully functional. My attempts at distracting myself are now having disastrous effects. I have gotten to the stage of washing up at least twice a day, cleaning a room, tidying my bedroom when there is nothing to tidy, preparing food for in advance, and drinking an unhealthy amount of coffee. If I could have just 1 sugar boost I would be able to get back in the saddle and keep going. All this despite the bread at lunch… I just hope I can reach tomorrow lunchtime without slipping.

I feel alright at the minute, but I will be on my knees by lunch because, yet again, breakfast was tiny. Eggs tomorrow will be great. Getting a workout while I can summon the energy. Although I never did finish the blog, I finished the diet and had lost 1 stone 8 pounds ish by the end.
